Structural features
GCS type low-voltage switchgear is composed of cabinet body, universal circuit breaker, plastic case circuit breaker, AC contactor, thermal overload relay, copper bar, insulating strip, bus frame, bus clamp shell, etc.
The cabinet frame is assembled with C- shaped steel and screws. The internal structural parts are assembled into basic cabinet by screws, and the internal dimensions, component dimensions and compartment dimensions are changed according to modularization (E = 25mm).
The product is assembled by three closed cabinets with special connecting pieces. The installation module hole is E-25mm; The drawer has a height of 200mm and includes 2 1/2 module units, 3 1 module units, 1 2 module units and 1 3 module units.
The main bus is located at the top of the cabinet and runs through the whole cabinet. The main switch is tin-plated on the surface of the lower incoming line, copper bus, N bus and PE bus. The cabinet body adopts epoxy powder electrostatic spraying. Color: light gray.
