This product is suitable for urban residential areas, development zones, garden scenic spots, villas, high-rise buildings, industrial and mining enterprises as power transformation and distribution equipment, but also for oil and gas fields, large construction sites as temporary power transformation and distribution equipment. Structural features

According to different environments and use conditions, box-type substations can choose different structural forms and materials to meet different use requirements and ensure the normal operation of the substation. The substation shell can be made of non-metallic building materials, metal materials (steel plate, aluminum alloy plate, stainless steel plate), color steel composite board, wood board, etc. After partial or full surface treatment, it has long-term use conditions to ensure anti-corrosion, waterproof, dustproof performance and long service life, beautiful appearance;

Box-type substation can be divided into three functional compartments according to different functions: high-voltage room, transformer room and low-voltage room;

The primary power supply system on the high-voltage side can be divided into ring network power supply, terminal power supply, dual power supply and other power supply forms;

S9, S11, S13 and other low-loss oil-immersed transformers and dry-type transformers can be selected for the transformer room. The transformer room is equipped with a self-starting forced air cooling system and a lighting system;

The low-voltage room can adopt panel or cabinet structure to form the power supply scheme required by the user according to the user's requirements, with various functions such as power distribution, lighting distribution, reactive power compensation, electric energy metering and electric quantity measurement, etc., to meet the different requirements of the user, and to facilitate the user's power supply management and improve the quality of power supply;

The high-voltage and low-voltage chambers are reasonably compact in layout, easy to operate and easy to maintain, and the high-voltage switchgear has the interlocking function of preventing misoperation. Transformer according to user requirements, can be installed from the track to facilitate access to the transformer room door. Each room is equipped with automatic lighting device. The roof of the substation is a double-layer insulation structure to reduce the effect of sunlight radiation. There are ventilation holes under the eaves around, which form convection with each functional room for ventilation and heat dissipation. The base is a steel structure with sufficient strength and rigidity;

The transformer room adopts natural ventilation and forced ventilation, with good ventilation performance. There is a temperature controller in the room, which can automatically control the temperature of the transformer and ensure the full load operation of the transformer.
