The product has the characteristics of high breaking capacity, good dynamic thermal stability, flexible electrical scheme, convenient combination, strong serialization and usability, novel structure and high protection level. It can be used as the replacement product of low-voltage switchgear. It is suitable for power plants, substations, factories and mines, schools, airports and other power users of 50Hz, rated working voltage 380(660)V, rated working current to 3150A power distribution system, as power, lighting and power distribution equipment for power conversion, distribution and control.
Structural features
GGD low-voltage switch cabinet is composed of cabinet body, open knife switch, universal circuit breaker, copper bus, N line, PE bus bus bar frame, PVC insulated conductor, etc.
The cabinet body is made of 8MF steel partially welded and assembled with bolts.
The cabinet body is of a closed structure, and the internal electrical components are fixedly installed. The components of the general cabinet are designed according to the module principle and have mounting holes with E = 20mm modulus. There are different numbers of heat dissipation slot holes at the upper and lower ends of the cabinet body. When the electrical components in the cabinet are heated, the hot air rises and is discharged through the upper hole, while the cold air is supplemented into the cabinet from the lower slot hole, so as to form a natural ventilation duct, to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation. The folding edge of the door is embedded with a mountain-shaped rubber strip, which can prevent the door from directly colliding with the cabinet body and improve the protection level of the door. The horizontal busbar is located at the top of the shell, and the bonding surface of the copper busbar is embossed.
